Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Southeast Minnesota and the Disabled American Veterans (Mayo Southeast Chapter 28) are inviting military families to ride a trolley in the June 24 Rochesterfest parade.
The group will gather at 4:30 p.m in the Crossroads parking lot near Chipotle, then head to the parade starting point to enjoy refreshments before the parade begins. Those participating will hand out small American flags along the parade route.
Military families interested in participating should send name, rank and unit, names of adults attending and names and ages of children who will be along, to beyondtheyellowribbonsemn@gmail.com.
