A Seasons Hospice community memorial service is planned for 7 p.m. Dec. 6 at Christ United Methodist Church, 400 Fifth Ave. S.W., Rochester.
The service is scheduled to include honoring, remembering and celebrating loved ones who have died.

The evening will include candle lighting, music, reflection and the reading of loved ones' names. A reception will follow the service.
