The first-ever Bakkelyka Brew Music & Craft Beer Festival will be held at Welch Village, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Oct. 3.
The festival will feature four bands and 15 craft breweries at the village, 26685 County Road 7 Blvd., Welch. Bands will include Travis & Chad, Wegner & Her Mean Mean Men, Tim Mahoney,and Vintage Raggs.
There will also be beer tasting from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., including those from Summit, Lift Bridge, Lucid Stone, Odell's, Alaskan, F-Town, Tallgrass, Oskar Blues and Excelsior. An outdoor Greek grill and food trucks, craft beer sales and a ski and snowboard sale will be part of the festival.
Tickets are $20 online until Sept. 15 and $30 at the gate the day of the event. Music-only tickets cost $15, $10 for those under 21 at the ticket windows only.
