Thursday features another great set of four bands at Thursdays on First & Third, but Rochester's downtown festival doesn't hold the exclusive right to lively outdoor music. In Chatfield, the Chatfield Brass Band, joined by the CBB Jazz Combo, will play "A Little Jazz" in a free bandshell performance at City Park. That starts at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. It includes concessions and free ice cream treats. The weekly free concerts continue through Aug. 1.
