A couple of years ago, RAEDI President and Rochester School Board member Gary Smith stunned people when he unveiled a hidden vocal talent. Steven Schmidt, head of Civic Music and Riverside Concerts, will make a similar reveal on Thursday, releasing his CD "The Road" in a 7 p.m. party at the Elks Lodge, 1652 U.S. 52 North.
