Tipsheet: Work out

Maybe you're feeling the need for it today: some good, wholesome physical activity to make amends for yesterday's gastronomic excess. You're in luck — Rochester Phys Ed is holding one of its free community workouts Saturday morning at Soldiers Field Park. The event starts at 10:30 a.m. Look for the group near the tennis courts. All ages and abilities are welcome. These weekly workouts continue every Saturday through Jan. 4.
