You can't plant your garden yet, but a fairy can.
And all the garden accessories a fairy could need, including miniature gazebos, wheelbarrows, watering cans, patio furniture, birdhouses and more, are available at The Mouse , 116 17th Ave. N.W., Rochester.
Fairy gardens can be "grown" inside a pot, a corner of your yard, a wheelbarrow, stump, old suitcase or just about anywhere else indoors or out.

Cash Mob
Grab $20 and join the "cash mob" Friday in Stewartville.
Based on the planned spontaneity of a flash mob, cash mobs are groups who come together to shop at a locally-owned business at a designated time.
A local business is selected and its owner is notified of the impending "mob" to ensure that enough staff is on hand, but the location is kept secret from participants to help build excitement.

Friday's mob is sponsored by the Stewartville Chamber of Commerce, which plans to sponsor three cash mobs this year.
To participate, meet at 5:30 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of Stewartville City Hall, 105 First St. From there, everyone will walk to the chosen business, where each person in the mob spends $20.
The end result is a cash infusion for the local economy and a fun shopping event for participants.
