Thursdays Downtown (the summer event previously known as Thursdays on First and 3rd) returns the first week of June. The Rochester Downtown Alliance released the list of bands as well, and it’s quite a departure from last year. Tuvan Throat Singers are out in 2019, and classic rock is in.
