Mary Ann (Henderson) Zahasky will celebrate her 95th birthday on October 7, 2015. Mary Ann was raised in Redwood Falls, MN. She graduated from Methodist Kahler School of Nursing in 1942 and worked private duty nursing for many years.
She married Emil Zahasky on April 7, 1943. They lived and worked together for 68 wonderful years until Emil passed away in 2011. When her sixth child was born in 1962, she retired from hospital nursing, becoming a fulltime homemaker and mother to their six children, tending her garden and sharing a wonderful farm life with Emil.
Mary Ann will celebrate this special day with her six children and their spouses, nine grandchildren and their spouses and four great grandchildren at a private dinner.
