What: The Track the Truth campaign plans a forum Friday at Winona State University to discuss public safety and a $2.5 billion federal loan for the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern Railroad. Track the Truth, a coalition that includes Mayo Clinic, the city of Rochester and Olmsted County, wants to stop the loan.
