AUSTIN — Rebecca Franklin of Menomonee Falls, Wis., and Samuel Drong of Austin were married Nov. 2 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls.

Parents are Carla and Dan Franklin of Menomonee Falls, and Rebecca and Richard Drong of Austin.

Attendants were Nathaniel Franklin, Fred Green, Kristin Ferch, Laura Stollenwerk, Zach Hawkins, Sarah Yee and Laura Mangan.

The bride received a degree in art from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, in 2005. Her husband is a 2004 graduate of Luther College with a degree in management information systems, and is the IT and Marketing Director for the Minnesota Electrical Association.

The couple will reside in Minneapolis.

Craig Long

AUSTIN — Paulette Soucek-Clark and Craig Long were married Aug. 4 at their home in rural Austin.

Parents are Barbara Soucek of Austin, the late Robert Soucek, Patricia Long of Rochester, and the late James Long.

Attendants were Katy Dora Clark, Patricia Long and Chris Soucek.

The bride is a graduate of Hayfield High School and has a master’s degree in sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in education and is the law enforcement and criminal justice program coordinator at Riverland Community College in Austin. Her husband is a graduate of Rochester Mayo High School and attended EOD training while in the U.S. Air Force. He is employed as an unexploded ordnance technician with USA Environmental in Tampa, Fla., and is also a business manager for Southern Minnesota Concrete in Rochester.

The couple will reside in Austin.
