• Someone reported receiving obscene phone calls.
• Police arrested a person for disorderly conduct after responding to a disturbance in the 300 block of First Avenue Southwest. The person was detained in jail.
• A car struck a deer at Interstate 90 and Oakland Avenue West. There were no injuries.
