NANTUCKET FIX-UP: The Harbor House Village (formerly the Harbor House), a 130-year-old hotel near downtown Nantucket that has reopened after a major renovation, is offering three nights for the price of two from April 25 to May 31. Rates start at $170 a night. From June 1 to Sept. 2, there are five nights for the price of four, at $325 a night and up. The 104 rooms have been redone with pine and wicker furniture. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool (open weather permitting). Accommodations are in the 35-room historic Harbor House and in separate town houses. Blackout dates apply; availability is limited. OCEAN PROMOTION: Outrigger Hotels and Resorts is offering ocean-view double rooms on Waikiki, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island for $249 a night through June 30. That can mean a discount of up to 45 percent. At the Outrigger Reef on the Beach in Waikiki, the rate is usually $450 a night. Besides the Outrigger hotels, there are eight condos offering this rate on two-bedroom apartments, including the Maui Eldorado Resort, the Lae nani Resort on Kauai and the Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff on the Big Island.
