Play part of Rochesterfest

Words Players will present "Unsinkable" June 23 as part of Rochesterfest.

The play is about Molly Brown, the West’s richest woman, who survived a flood as a child and also survived the sinking of the Titanic.

Words Players is a theater troupe for youth, who produce the play alongside adult mentors.

Performances of "Unsinkable" are at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Studio Academy, 415 16th St. S.W. Tickets are $5 in advance, $7 at the door. To reserve tickets, call (507) 281-5991 or (507) 536-9544.


Sculptor’s work on display

SPRING GROVE — The Bluff Country Artists Gallery will host a reception for bronze sculptor Craig Bergsgaard at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Bergsgaard, who lives in Windsor, Colo., is a Spring Grove native, whose sculptures "Quest" and "Ola and Per" are displayed in Spring Grove. His work will be on display June 19-25.

The reception is at 7 p.m. at the gallery, 111 W. Main St. in Spring Grove.
