Tanglefoot comes to the Paramount
The award-winning Canadian band Tanglefoot will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Paramount Theatre in Austin.
The band was named Best Vocal Group at the 2007 Canadian Folk Music Awards.
Reflecting the roots and history of their homeland, Tanglefoot ranges across a variety of genres, from folk and Celtic to country music and story songs. Tanglefoot has been around since the ’80s, and has had several personnel changes, but continues to be one of the most popular bands on the Canadian folk scene.
The band’s latest CD is "Dances Like Flames."
