• Ken Downs has been promoted to vice president and chief information office at Think Mutual Bank in Rochester. Downs will have overall leadership responsibility for Think’s technology services area. He joined Think in 2001 as manager of software development, and his most recent role was director of technology solutions.
• Jeff Boekhoff has been promoted to manager of technology solutions at Think Mutual Bank, and has assumed day-to-day management responsibilities of the technology solutions area. He joined Think in 1999 and his most recent role was technology solutions project manager.
• Sydney Smith, a pre-planning specialist, has joined Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service of Winona. She is licensed in Minnesota to pre-fund and pre-plan memorial or funeral services. Her duties will include visiting family members with after-care packets, includ-ing distributing information related to social security, Veteran’s benefits and grief counseling. She previously owned Image Copy Print in Winona.
