Six other people have drowned at the pond at Foster-Arend Park since 1991. They are:

• Rebeka San, 8, drowned in 1991.

• Irfan Mustafa, 25, drowned in 1997.

• Lamont Garrett Jr., 18, drowned in 1999.

• Tyler Larson, 14, drowned in 2000.

• Asmir Isic, 13, drowned in 2001.

• Oscar Barragan Ocpaco, 25, drowned in 2004.
