3 charged with drug crimes

Three people suspected of conspiring with each other to sell large quantities of cocaine in Rochester now face criminal charges.

Jose Felan Jr., 18, his wife, Leslie Rojas Felan, 18, both of 1508 Fourth Ave. S.E., No. 3, and Salvador Llamas, 32, of 2315 Park Lane S. E., No. 16A, were arrested May 12 after a two-month investigation by local and state narcotics officers.

Bail was set at $150,000 for Jose Felan, who is charged with three counts of first-degree controlled substance crime, one count of simulated controlled substance crime and one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree controlled substance crime.

Bail for Llamas was set at $75,000. He is charged with three counts of first-degree controlled substance crime and one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree controlled substance crime.

Leslie Felan has posted $10,000 bail to be released from jail. She is charged with one count of aiding in first-degree controlled substance crime, one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree controlled substance crime, one count of simulated controlled substance crime and one count of gross misdemeanor child neglect/endangerment.

All three are due to return to court May 26.
