Tandoori chicken
2 tablespoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons coriander
1/2 tablespoon chili powder

4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons garlic and ginger, finely chopped
2 cups plain yogurt
Mix spices together, add the lemon juice, garlic and ginger and stir into the yogurt. Spread over chicken and bake at 350 until golden, about 45 minutes.
