• Theft was reported in Racine.

• Police cited a person for possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 2200 block of Eighth Avenue Northwest.

• Someone reported getting a bad check in the 100 block of 14th Street Southeast.

• An officer spoke with someone about damage to a vehicle in the 400 block of South Main Street.

• Officers went to Mandolin Apartments on a report of suspicious people in the area. No suspects were found.

• About 11:25 p.m., police arrested a person for domestic assault in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast.

Wednesday, May 30

• Suspicious circumstances were reported around 12:25 a.m. in the 700 block of Eighth Avenue Southeast.

• Police checked on a noise complaint about 2:50 a.m. in the area of Eighth Street and Sixth Avenue Northwest.
