Several southeast Minnesota counties experienced issues with 911 calls Monday.
The system was down for about six hours before being restored.
These counties reported they were affected by the outage:
- Dodge County
- Freeborn County
- Goodhue County
- Mower County
- Olmsted County
- Wabasha County
- Winona County
