Accident victim in fair condition

ZUMBRO FALLS -- A 16-year-old from Hammond is in fair condition at Saint Marys Hospital this morning after an accident in which her car and a pickup collided near Zumbro Falls.

State Patrol reports Tyler Osborn was westbound on a two-lane stretch of U.S. 60 about 4:30 p.m. Monday and tried to pass a pickup. While trying to pass, the truck turned left, and the vehicles collided.

Four passengers, all in Osborn's vehicle, were treated and released.

The driver of the pickup, Joseph Krismer, was uninjured.


The State Patrol is investigating.
