Magie Darling and Jessica Webber both recorded a pair of first-place finishes for the Austin girls on Saturday in the Packer Invitational track and field meet.
New Prague won the girls competition in this multi-team event with 148 cumulative points. The Austin Packers finished seventh on the day with 66 team points.
Darling took the top spot in both the 100 and 200 meter races. Webber was first in the 100 hurdles and a close second in the 300 hurdles. Webber then took first-place out in the field in the long jump.
Kira Potach had a top 10 for finish for Austin in the 100 hurdles. Emily Weiss had a second-place finish for the Packers in the high jump. Caroline Brown was among the top 10 in the pole vault, and Ashley Thompson placed ninth for the Packers in the discus.

Austin girls track and field travels to Rochester on Tuesday for a Big Nine Conference triangular meet with Century and Faribault.
