Notes: Tom Corcoran got an RBI single in the first inning to get the Royals rolling and followed that with a three-run homer in the second. Spencer Brady pitched 5 very solid innings to get the win and David Timmons mopped up. The Royals (16-10) travel to Chaska for a 7:30 p.m. game on Friday. They return to action on Saturday at home against the Austin Greyhounds in a Dugout Club game at 6 p.m. Manager Dan Hoefs will be visiting live with Mike Max and state board member Fred Roufs about amateur baseball on WCCO radio on Friday from 8-9 p.m.
