OWATONNA -- The Rochester A's left the bases loaded three times and scored just once as they fell 3-1 to Owatonna in American Legion baseball.
The A's scored in the first inning on a sacrifice fly by Mike DeBolt, but left the bases loaded.
"Owatonna made a couple of nice defensive plays," said A's coach Keith Kangas. "Give them credit, they played good defense."
Losing pitcher Bryan Denisen allowed six hits, didn't walk anyone and struck out four batters. He also had two of the A's five hits.
The A's left the bases loaded in the fifth and seventh innings.
