Southland received the sixth seed and Lyle/Austin Pacelli is seeded seventh in the upcoming Class A, Section One, West Sub-section boys basketball tournament.
Both Southland and L/P will host play-in games on Tuesday night to open the sub-section tournament.
Southland will be at home in Adams against 11th seeded Medford on Tuesday at 7 p.m. The winner of that game will then play third-seeded Trinity at River Ridge a week from Friday at St. Olaf College in Northfield.
Lyle/Pacelli plays host to 10th seeded Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Lyle. The winner of that game will advance to the quarterfinals at St. Olaf College against second-seeded Faribault Bethlehem Academy next Friday at 6:30 p.m.
The semifinals and finals of Section 1A West will be held at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester.
