Riverland Community College tuned up for the Region XIII tennis meet by beating Ridgewater in both men's and women's action on Tuesday.
Riverland won both matches by 8-1 scores on the windy day in Austin.
"They were playing better, but the competition wasn't as tough," Riverland coach Suzy Hebrink said.
Riverland only lost at No. 1 singles in both men's a singles play.
Posting singles wins for the Riverland men were Brian Elwer, Eddie Mjoen, Andy Stouvenel, Todd Christopherson and Curt Peterson.

Winning in singles for the Riverland women were Lisa Snyder, Melanie Sheedy, Samantha Ulrich, Sara Nagele and Keli Helgerson.
Hebrink also said the Blue Devils were making progress in doubles play.
"We finally have people set in spots with the doubles partner they're going to be with," she said.
The Riverland men are 1-2 and the women are 2-1 heading into the Region XIII Tournament on Friday at Willmar. The action begins at 9 a.m. and both the men and women winners of the four-team events will qualify for the national tournament.
