Records: Southland is 0-4 overall, 0-1 in the South Division of the Three Rivers Conference. Caledonia is 2-2 overall, 1-0 in the Three Rivers South.

Last week: Southland fell behind 41-0 on the road against Rushford-Peterson, but scored 30 unanswered points in the second half. Tim Neuvirth scored all four touchdowns for the Rebels in the 41-30 loss.

The Caledonia Warriors used a balanced offense to beat Fillmore Central 26-6. Caledonia had 230 yards rushing and 126 passing in the win. Ryan Johnson rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown.

Last meeting: Caledonia rallied for eight points in the fourth quarter, off a safety and late touchdown, to beat Southland 14-12 last year in the fifth week of the regular season

Rebels notes: This is homecoming night for the Southland Rebels, making it the perfect time to end their losing streak. First-year coach Jim Guthmiller, who replaced the retired Dick Strand, is still seeking his first win.
