The Spamtown Sno-Drifters Snowmobile Club will meet at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Austin American Legion, 809 12th St. S.W. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Women of the Moose

Heidi Mullenbach received a $250 scholarship from Austin's Women of the Moose on Dec. 11. Senior Regent Leone McKee presented the award.

Mullenbach, originally of Waseca, attended Riverland Community College last year and is now attending North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, where she is studying to become a registered nurse.

Mullenbach's grandfather, Jerome Michels, is a member of the Austin Moose Lodge and her grandmother, Sally Michels, is a member of the Women of the Moose.
