Underhill and his attorney, Evan Larson, requested a continuance at Thursday's omnibus hearing to review new material found during investigations.

Photographs of the alleged victims –; ages 5 and 8 –; were found on the defendant's home computer, the report said.

Larson and his client requested a waiver for the omnibus hearing and a continuance, stating the need to further discuss the new evidence with his client.

According to the complaint, the defendant admitted taking hundreds of pictures of both of the children in approximately a three-week time span.

The prosecutors sent the computer to St. Paul for a forensic investigation to see if other illegal material had been erased from the computer.

"I wanted to see if photographs either of this crime or of any other had been erased. And it did show evidence of other crimes," county attorney Patrick Flanagan said.

Material found included pictures of one of the alleged victims, as well as a new victim, according to the prosecutor's report.

Also found were other child pornographic images received and sent to the accused man from elsewhere.
