ST. PAUL -- A former Rochester priest has pleaded not guilty to sexual misconduct charges and has asked for a jury trial.
The Rev. Edward Francis McGrath, 48, was charged in May with fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a gross misdemeanor. He was among three men charged with groping undercover police officers at a park in St. Paul on May 7. At the time, McGrath was a pastor at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Rochester. He has since resigned.
