AUSTIN EDITION Public rummage sale nets $160

The Austin Downtown Association raised about $160 during its public rummage sale on Saturday.

Thirty people signed up for spots in the sale, said Josh Diaz of Piggy Blues Bar-B-Que.

Sellers paid $5 to set up their merchandise in the association's fifth sale. All proceeds go to the Mower County Humane Society, Diaz said.
