Police responded to a burglary at the New Life Vineyard Christian Fellowship, 210 4th St. N. E. A window had been broken out of the back door to gain entry.
At 1:52 a.m. police went to the 1300 block of 2nd Ave. S. W. to investigate a possible parole violation.
Jacque R. Nelson, owner of Jacque's Place, in Sargeant told sheriff's deputies that three people had broken into a pop machine Monday night. Loss of product and money was estimated at $30, damage to the machine was$200. Nelson said the event was recorded on video and shows the three suspects breaking out the machine's locking mechanism and putting change and cans in a bag.
Acting on a report from On Star at 10:48 a.m., a deputy checked an area in Nevada Township for a stranded motorist.
At 2:59 p.m. Monday, an officer took a theft report of $1,500 to $2,000 worth of power tools taken from trailers parked in the Riverside Arena parking lot.

At 5:44 p.m. officers took a report of illegal dumping of oil in the 200 block of 2nd St. S.E.
At 6:12 p.m. officer took a report of vandalism to a vehicle parked at the Hardee's parking lot on 4th St. N. W.
