Austin police received 15 reports of property damage to vehicles Friday morning, including nine cases where drivers found tires had been slashed or otherwise flattened.
The incidents were concentrated in the city's northwest quadrant, three in the 100 block of 10th Street Northwest, one in the 900 block of Oakland Avenue West, two on Second Avenue Northwest, three in the 500 block and one in the 600 block of Fourth Avenue Northwest, four on 11th Street Northwest, one in the 500 block of Seventh Street Northwest and one in the 1000 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest.
