PINE ISLAND — Lourdes got a terrific pitching effort from Luke Hendrickson as he tossed a one-hitter over five innings.
Hendrickson ended the five-inning game with four walks and six strikeouts. He was backed by a 12-hit attack.
Lourdes got two runs in the third inning with Rob Poterucha driving in a run, and had eight runs in the fourth.

Andrew Verdick, Dan Hudson and Poterucha had two hits each for Lourdes.
Dustin Cook had the only hit for Pine Island.
Lourdes is 11-2 in the Hiawatha Valley League and 12-2 overall. It plays a doubleheader at Stewartville today at 4:15 p.m.
