p Melissa Heyrman of RochesterCentury takes a breath during the 200 freestyle Thursday night in a dual meet against John Marshall in the JM poll. Heyrman won the event in 2:01.96 and also set a pool record in the 100 backstroke in 59.73. Heyrman also swam on a pair of winning relays. Century won eight of the 12 events and won the dual, 100-86.
