B&J Bar co-owners Tim Ball, center left, and Pete Werner cut a ribbon with Chamber Ambassadors in front of their new facility, located along Fourth Avenue Northeast in Austin. The popular gathering spot, located for years along Oakland Avenue, moved into the downtown area as part of Austin’s Main Street Project.
