ROLLINGSTONE -- A memorial Mass for Bonnie L. Bambenek will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Rollingstone, with the Rev. Michael Cronin officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
Mrs. Bambenek, 67, of Rollingstone, a retired employee of Herff-Jones in Lewiston, died Wednesday (Oct. 6, 2004) at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wis.
Bonnie L. Ciszak was born Nov. 10, 1936, in Winona. She married Gerald "Jerry" Bambenek on July 13, 1957, in Winona. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Rollingstone and enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking and playing cribbage.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Lynne Bambenek of St. Paul, Sandy Fakler (Keith Rhoden) of Lewiston and Ellen (Jim) Brand of Winona; a son, Mark (Jean) of Winona; five grandchildren; and three sisters, Betty Bilder, Shirley Budnick and Nancy (Jack) Sheridan, all of Winona. A brother and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call an hour before the service Saturday at the church.
