Boulware retains ultimate welterweight championship

In a rematch of a title fight from last July, title-holder Nick Boulware again won by decision over Justin Roehning during a 12-bout card Saturday at Olmsted Country Fairgrounds during Battle at the Barn 16.

Boulware thus retained his welterweight semi-pro title. The card, before a reported full house, was sponsored by Ultimate Combat Sports and Mickey's Irish Saloon.

In the main event, Rochester's Aaron Vold was unable to preserve his undefeated record, falling by referee stoppage to Devon Green of Fort Dodge, Iowa. Green is the lightweight semi-pro title holder.
