ANOKA, Minn. — A jury has convicted an East Bethel man in the stabbing death of his girlfriend.

An Anoka County jury found 34-year-old Raymond Robideau of second-degree murder Monday evening.

Prosecutors say he killed Sharon Chouinard after the two fought about moving, money and the job Robideau had recently lost. Chouinard died of knife wounds to her neck.

Robideau had claimed self-defense. His attorneys said he was attacked by Chouinard.
