BOYS HIGHLIGHTS -- Brent Sexton scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to guide Lake City past Hayfield.

Winona Cotter used a strong perimeter team beat Triton 63-44. Guards Ben Bennick and Dan Lynch each had 17 points and three three-pointers. Josh Spitzack scored 17 points for Triton (1-12, 1-10 HVL).

Glenville-Emmons connected on a school record 12 three-pointers to beat Alden-Conger 82-39 as Paul Kleven had five treys and Chase Rayman hit three three-pointers in the rout.

Chris Metcalf scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in Kenyon-Wanamingo's 47-44 loss to Byron. It was the Knights' eighth loss this season by three or fewer points.

Byron's Adam Schroeder sank a three-point field goal with 55 seconds left to make the difference in the Bears' 47-44 win over Kenyon-Wanamingo.
