Bradly apologizes for remarks

From staff reports

Rep. Fran Bradley apologized publicly during the weekend for partisan comments he made at the annual Olmsted County Republican Convention on April 9, where he referred to Democrats Rep. Tina Liebling and Rep. Andy Welti as "Liberal Liebling" and "Wimpy Welti."

"I'm going to begin by admitting I'm human. I make mistakes and I made a mistake a week or so ago in almost in this very room. I apologize personally, and I apologize publicly to both Tina and Andy for what I said. I'm sorry. I admit to being human," Bradley said.

Bradley made his remarks at a Saturday "Eggs &; Issues" attended by both Liebling and Welti and 50 or so people from the public.
