• Sharon Hanson of Rochester was recently honored by the Modern Woodmen of America for her leadership of children. She has been a Modern Woodmen Youth Service Club leader for five years and led the Rochester club to merit status in 2008. Youth service clubs provide Modern Woodmen members age 16 and younger with opportunities to volunteer, be patriotic, learn new skills, make friends and have fun.
