Lucas Scott Eggers, of Rochester, is one of 161 high school seniors this year to be named a U.S. Presidential Scholar. The honor recognizes accomplishments in academics, the arts and career and technical education fields. Eggers attends Choate Rosemary Hall, a private boarding school in Wallingford, Conn.
