RED WING -- Drug-related charges against a Red Wing woman were dropped Friday, according to Goodhue District Court records.
Edwina D. Patterson, 20, faced four charges related to possession and sale of cocaine, but all were dropped at the request of the state; the judge agreed. She was charged June 10.
