A fight Sunday afternoon between a large group of teens could result in criminal charges against several.
Police Capt. Brian Winters said officers responded to a call that 15 to 20 teens were fighting in the 1300 block of Third Avenue Southwest in Rochester. The call came in about 4 p.m. The caller said the teens were using sticks and bats as weapons.
When officers arrived, they found several people standing in the road, but said they were not fighting. No weapons were found in the area.
Winters said charges of disorderly conduct and gross misdemeanor riot will be sought against a 14-year-old girl, a 19-year-old female, a 13-year-old boy and a 21-year-old male. No arrests were made.
