The Fourth Street Southeast bridge over Bear Creek in Rochester was closed Thursday afternoon for approximately two hours after a hole developed during construction.
Crews reopened the bridge at 4:35 p.m.
Traffic was routed around the stretch of road between Third Avenue Southwest and Sixth Avenue Southwest.
