COL Hold onto those old PlayStation games. Sony has confirmed the upcoming PlayStation 3 will be backward compatible with both the PS2 and PS1. This move means the PS3 can play literally hundreds of games upon release.

Xbox fans will soon be committing as many fictional felonies as their PlayStation pals. The blockbuster Grand Theft Auto series is coming to the Xbox in November. "Grand Theft Auto III" and "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" will be sold together as a $50 package.
