WINONA — The 30th annual Cotter Auction to raise money for Winona Cotter will begin with a silent auction at 5 p.m. and live auction at 7:30 p.m. April 25 at the John Nett Recreation Center in Winona, 360 Vila St. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
