A pair of Rochester residents are facing felony drug charges following a search by the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team on Wednesday afternoon.

Tywan Clark, 28, and Abigail Moriarty, 23, were arrested after police searched a residence in the 100 block of Sandbar Court Northeast, according to Sgt. James Schueller of the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department.

Clark was arrested on charges of first-degree controlled substance possession and sale of cocaine, as well as a first-degree controlled substance charge for allegedly possessing 10 or more grams of heroin. Other potential charges include fourth- and fifth-degree possession.

Moriarty was arrested on a first-degree controlled substance possession charge, as well as fourth- and fifth-degree possession charges.

Schueller said members of the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team found 15 tablets of what is suspected to be Ecstasy, 42 tablets of suspected Xanax, 286 grams of alleged marijuana, 45 packets of THC edibles and 85 grams of suspected cocaine during the search.
